The Hong Kong Wine Vault is much more than a wine storage facility. It is designed with the concept of a "home cellar" in mind. A walk-in wine cellar in one's home is a luxury that very few can afford in Hong Kong. At the Hong Kong Wine Vault, those dreams can be realized as each customer enjoys the exclusive use of a wine cellar that can be fitted out to their own specifications, whether the wines are displayed on wooden racking or simply stored in their original wooden cases.

Our 56,000 sf facility in Tin Wan, 36,000 sf facility in Ap Lei Chau, 16,000 sf facility in Aberdeen and 12,000 sf facility in To Kwa Wan offer you the convenient storage solution for the long term.

Unlike other wine storage facilities, where a few days’ notice is required to withdraw your bottle, you can access your wine cellar any day, any time.

We provide 800 cellars, ranging from 22 sf to 140 sf each. The largest cellar can store over 400 cases of wines.

Our wine cellars are kept under constant temperature control (13C) to provide optimum aging conditions for your wines. To minimize temperature fluctuations in our facility, the cellars are fitted with 80mm thick high-density polyurethane insulation on all the walls, floor and ceiling, similar to the standard for sub-zero walk-in freezers used in facilities designed for storage of frozen meats.

Ultraviolet light can be very harmful to wine, even for brief periods. We have eliminated all natural light from our cellar, using low-intensity lighting to ensure optimal aging conditions.

We offer optional wine insurance that covers fire, theft, breakage and long term electrical breakdown for your peace of mind at very competitive rates. Please contact us for details.

State-of-the-art face-recognition and access card security system protect the cellar against unauthorised access. For additional security, we have off-site CCTV monitoring 24 hours a day, and each wine cellar is secured under your own lock and key.

We will handle all your deliveries to Wine Vault.

We can take delivery on your behalf from Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm.

We would check the number of boxes delivered against the delivery note, but the boxes will not be opened, as we do not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of the deliveries from third parties.

Customers are requested to collect their wine deliveries from the holding lockers and check the contents for possible discrepancies within 24 hours of our email delivery notification.

All deliveries will be stored in a holding locker under lock for 14 days. Thereafter the wines will be placed outside the customer's cellar door to free up the holding locker for future deliveries.

Should the customer be out of town for an extended period of time, the Hong Kong Wine Vault can provide the storage service for the wines in our own cellars at HK$50 per box per month.

We have trolleys available for you to transport your wines from the car park.

Please call us 5 minutes before your arrival and we shall deliver a trolley downstairs to you.

You may park your car in our reserved parking spaces.

We offer unpacking service to help you open wooden cases, organize your collection and put your wines onto racks under your supervision. Charges would be at a flat rate of HK$150 per hr.

We can supply 4-digit combination padlocks for your cellar.

You can access your wine cellar 24 hours a day.

We can supply a selection of modular wine racks for you to showcase your wines. All our wine racks are made in USA using high quality odourless pine wood. These can be built for your wine cellar within 2-3 working days after we receive your order.

We can also supply custom-made metal shelves for easier access to your wines stored in wooden or cardboard cases.
